Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products only.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
